The Court is granting the Defendant's motion to quash the Plaintiff's service of the summons and complaint on the Defendant in this Unruh Act case.   The Court agrees with the Defendant that the Plaintiff has failed to show that the Defendant has sufficient contacts with California to support the Court's exercise of personal jurisdiction over the Defendant.  At the hearing on the motion this morning, the Court will articulate the basis for its ruling.
