The Court is granting Defendant's motion for leave to amend its answer to Plaintiff's verified complaint to add a verification to the answer.  The Court accepts the explanation of Defendant's counsel for the absence of a verification in the initial answer.  The Court discerns no prejudice to Plaintiff from the proposed amendment.  Defendant shall file and serve by June 12, 2025 the proposed verified answer that was attached as Exhibit C to the declaration of Defendant's counsel that was submitted in support of the motion for leave to amend the answer.
