The Court has reviewed the parties' respective positions in connection with the informal discovery conference Defendants requested as to the order of depositions.  In the Court's view, the Plaintiffs have the better position.   Thus, if this dispute were to proceed to be litigated through a discovery motion, the Court would be inclined to side with the Plaintiffs.
