The Court's tentative ruling is to grant Defendant's motion to compel arbitration of Plaintiff's claims.   This ruling is based on the arbitration provision in the Owner's Handbook and Warranty Information.  At the hearing today, the Court will set forth the basis for its conclusion that enforcement of this provision is not foreclosed by either the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or California law governing whether arbitration provisions are unconscionable.
