The Court is sustaining the Defendants' demurrers to Plaintiff's complaint with leave to amend.  The Court is persuaded by Defendants' argument that the Plaintiff's claims are barred by the applicable statutes of limitations in light of the ruling in Mateo v. Arts District Patients Collective, Inc., 20STCV36130, denying on statute limitations grounds Plaintiff's motion for  leave to file a cross-complaint in that case.

Plaintiff needs to heed the page limit rule on demurrer briefs.   His oppositions to the demurrers exceeded that limit.  Plaintiffs' submission of declarations in support of his oppositions also was improper.
