Plaintiff State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company's unopposed Motion to Vacate Dismissal and Enter Judgment is GRANTED.

Code of Civil Procedure §664.6(a) provides that, 'If parties to pending litigation stipulate, in a writing signed by the parties outside of the presence of the court or orally before the court, for settlement of the case, . . . the court, upon motion, may enter judgment pursuant to the terms of the settlement.' After reviewing the papers, Plaintiff is entitled to have its motion granted. The dismissal (ROA 34) is vacated and judgment entered in favor Plaintiff against Defendant Jeremy Shih in the amount of $2,300.

That amount is comprised of the outstanding amount owed of $1,800.00, plus court costs of $500.00.

The court will sign the proposed order and judgment.
