Plaintiff Christopher Hao-Keppel's Motion to Compel Further Responses to Special Interrogatories is GRANTED.
It is not clear whether the Belaire notice procedure has concluded. Per the email from the administrator, it appears the deadline for Defendant to provide a list of non-opt outs was on April 8, 2024. To the degree that the Belaire notice procedure has been completed, Defendant is required to turn over all responsive information as to employees (or former employees) who did not opt out. If the process is ongoing or Defendant has already provided that information, then nothing more is required.
Defendant is also ordered to provide a full response to Special Interrogatory No. 2 by providing the job title, work address, work telephone number, and work email of Defendants' officers, directors, and managing agents. Plaintiff is not to contact these individuals except through counsel, but the information should be disclosed.
Further responses are due within 10 days.
