Evidentiary Objections:

The court notes that Plaintiffs seem to make evidentiary objections in their response to Defendants’ separate statement, i.e. the statements “undisputed but irrelevant.” This is improper. Otherwise, Plaintiffs or Defendants have not made evidentiary objections.

Plaintiff's Sur-Reply: 

Because Plaintiffs did not move the court for leave to file a sur reply, their arguments in the sur reply will not be considered.
