On October 26, 2023, Plaintiff Reprudentia Sonkey (“Plaintiff”) filed this motion to continue trial, requesting the then December 4, 2023 trial date to be continued by six months due to Plaintiff undergoing surgery in November 2023 and another surgery six weeks thereafter.   

 

On November 9, 2023, the Court granted the parties’ stipulation, wherein trial was continued to April 25, 2024, and the Final Status Conference continued to April 11, 2024, with all discovery and trial related deadlines to follow the new trial date. (Stip. and Order, Nov. 9, 2023.) 

 

Therefore, the motion to continue trial is MOOT and taken off-calendarThe Court asks counsel to promptly take all matters off-calendar when they become moot.  

  

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
