Plaintiffs have agreed to settle their claims against Defendants for the total amount of $80,000 with $2,500 being apportioned to Chloe Keira Tredice Wiggins (“Claimant”). If the settlement is approved, the entirety of Claimant’s share will be deposited into a blocked account.
The Court finds the settlement is reasonable and based thereon approves and GRANTS the petition.
