Plaintiffs have agreed to settle their claims against Defendants for the total amount of $15,350, with $2,850 being apportioned to Alex Cruz (“Claimant”). If the settlement is approved, $484 will be used for medical expenses. The net balance of $2,366 will be deposited into a blocked account.
The Court has reviewed the settlement and finds it fair and reasonable, and therefore conditionally GRANTS the petition upon the filing of the Order Approving Compromise (MC-351) in connection with this petition.
