Plaintiffs have agreed to settle their claims against Defendants for the total amount of $65,000, with $7,500 being apportioned to Abrielle Rutigliano (“Claimant”). If the settlement is approved, $562.69 will be used for costs. The net balance of $6,937.31 will be invested in a single-premium deferred annuity, subject to withdrawal only on authorization of the court.
The Court reviews the settlement and finds it fair and reasonable. Based on the foregoing, the petition is GRANTED.
