Defendants T.R.L. Systems, Inc. and Tuan Quoc Nguyen seek an order consolidating this action, Case No. 20STCV28679, with Case No. 21STCV27065, contending the two actions arise out of the same multi-vehicle accident.

The motion is denied without prejudice.  The cases have not yet been deemed related, and 21STCV27065 is pending in Department 32 of the Spring Street Courthouse.  Pursuant to Local Rule 3.3(g)(1), which requires cases to be related before being consolidated, the motion is denied without prejudice.   

Moving Defendants are ordered to give notice.
