Minor Plaintiffs have agreed to settle their claims against Defendants for the total amount of $13,500, with $6,000 being apportioned to Claimant Kelly Dubon (“Kelly”) and $7,500 being apportioned to Claimant Genesis Dubon (“Genesis”) (collectively, “Claimants”).  

 

If the settlement is approved for Kelly, the entire balance of $6,000 will be deposited into a blocked account. 

 

If the settlement is approved for Genesis, $800 will be used for medical expenses.  The net balance of $6,700 will be deposited into a blocked account. 

 

The Court reviews Claimants’ settlement and finds them fair and reasonable. Based on the foregoing, the petitions are GRANTED.
