Plaintiffs have agreed to settle their claims against Defendant for the total amount of $19,000, with $500 being apportioned to Leo Flores (“Claimant”). If the settlement is approved, the entirety of Claimant’s apportionment will be delivered to Maria L. Serrano, the parent of Claimant.
The Court reviews the settlement and finds it fair and reasonable. Based on the foregoing, the petition filed on March 14, 2024 is GRANTED.
