Plaintiff Mykayla Justo, a minor by and through her Guardian Ad Litem, Selene Virgen Chipres (“Plaintiff”) attorney of record, Levik Varian, Esq. of Yarian & Associates, APC (“Counsel”), moves to be relieved as counsel. 

 

Counsel submits only form MC-051. California Rules Court, Rule 3.1362 provides that aside from form MC-051, the motion must also be accompanied by a declaration on form MC-052, and a proposed order on form MC-053 

 

Counsel is advised to review California Rules Court, Rule 3.1362 prior to submitting a new motion to ensure full compliance with all the applicable provisions. 

 

The motion is denied without prejudice.  

 

Moving Counsel is ordered to give notice.
