TENTATIVE
Plaintiff Susan Tan (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Jhovany Rene Garcia Chavez (“Defendant”) and Does 1 through 10 for damages arising from a motor vehicle v. bicycle collision. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant was driving in a parking lot when Defendant turned his vehicle directly into Plaintiff’s path of travel and caused Plaintiff to crash into Defendant’s vehicle. All unnamed Doe defendants have been dismissed.
This is Plaintiff’s second attempt. Plaintiff filed the proposed judgment on JUD-100 and declarations, but did not additionally file form CIV-100 [Rev. January 1, 2023] to request court judgment. Use of CIV-100 is mandatory. (CRC 3.1800(a).) The Court is unable to proceed until all requisite forms are filed.
