Plaintiff Yolanda Marie Garcia’s (“Plaintiff”) attorney of record, Rafii & Associates, P.C. (“Counsel”), moves to be relieved as counsel, contending that there has been a breakdown in attorney-client communication such that further representation is not possible. 

The motion is denied without prejudice.  The Court cannot locate proof of service of the motion, declaration, and proposed order on Plaintiff and all other parties who have appeared in the case.  (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1362(d).) 

Based on the foregoing, moving Counsel’s motion to be relieved is denied without prejudice.

Moving Counsel is ordered to give notice.

• Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
