[TENTATIVE] ORDER TAKING MOTION TO COMPEL PLAINTIFF’S DEPOSITION OFF-CALENDAR
Dept. 31 1:30 p.m. March 18, 2024 |
On December 8, 2023, defendants 9701 Carolina Gardens, LLC, Lefrak Organization, Inc., and LF 9701 Wilshire, LLC (“Defendants”) filed the instant motion to compel the deposition of Plaintiff Mahsa Teimorzadeh (“Plaintiff”), which was set to be heard on March 18, 2024.
On December 14, 2023, the Court denied Defendants’ ex parte application to advance the hearing for the motion. However, at the hearing, the parties stipulated that the deposition of Plaintiff was to proceed on December 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (Min. Order, Dec. 14, 2023.)
Since then, no party has filed anything additional relating to the motion. The Court presumes the motion is now moot, and the motion is therefore taken off-calendar.
Moving party is ordered to give notice.
