The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of a Minor Matthew Ayden Rodriguez, Age 7.
The parties have agreed to settle all claims with Defendants for the total amount of $136,000, with $1,000 being apportioned to Claimant. Pertaining to Claimant, if the settlement is approved, $175 will be used for expenses. Claimant suffered no injuries from the incident, and there is no request for attorney fees from Claimant’s portion of the settlement. The net balance of $825 will be delivered to the parent of Claimant.
The Court finds the settlement is reasonable and based thereon approves and GRANTS the petition.
