Plaintiff Itria Ventures LLC set the instant motion and application for an order permitting Steven Owens to appear pro hac vice on behalf of Plaintiff for hearing in this Department for March 23, 2023.  However, the Court’s records show that this action is assigned to the Honorable Yolanda Orozco at Department 31 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, not this Courtroom.

            Therefore, this Court takes the motion off calendar at this time.  Plaintiff must re-file the motion for hearing in Department 31 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

• Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
