TENTATIVE

The Court excuses the personal appearance of Claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.

Plaintiffs agreed to settle their claims against Defendants for the total amount of $85,000, with $5,000 being apportioned to minor claimant Emily Pineda (“Claimant”). If the settlement is approved, the entirety of the $5,000 will be delivered to Genesis Garcia, the parent and guardian ad litem of Claimant.

The Court reviews the settlement and finds it fair and reasonable. Based on the foregoing, the petition is GRANTED.
