Plaintiff Michael Libitzky (“Plaintiff”) seeks an order consolidating this action, Case No. 21STCV33832, with Case No. 22STCP01177, contending the two actions arise from the same automobile accident. 

 

The motion is denied without prejudice.  The cases have not yet been deemed related, and Case No. 22STCP01177 is pending in Department 38 of Stanley Mosk Courthouse.  Pursuant to Local Rule 3.3(g)(1), which requires cases to be related before being consolidated, the motion is denied without prejudice.      

 

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
