Plaintiffs have agreed to settle their claims for Defendants’ policy limits in the total amount of $30,000, with $15,000 being apportioned to Jaxon Fuentes (“Claimant”). No medical expenses were incurred, and Petitioner seeks no costs or attorney fees to be paid out from Claimant’s portion of the settlement proceeds. The full amount of $15,000 will be deposited into a blocked account.
The Court reviews the settlement and finds it fair and reasonable. Based on the foregoing, the Court GRANTS the petition filed on November 20, 2023.¿
