[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER

Dept. 31

1:30 p.m.

October 20, 2023

On September 18, 2023, Defendant Warren Christopher Meyer (“Meyer”) filed a motion to compel Plaintiff Jesse Gateklum (“Plaintiff”) to provide further responses to form interrogatories, set one.

On October 10, 2023, Counsels for Plaintiff and Defendant Meyer appeared at an Informal Discovery Conference (“IDC”), wherein the issues were deemed resolved. (Min. Order, Oct. 10, 2023.) Pursuant to the discussion held at the IDC, defense counsel was to provide an update to the Court regarding the status of the motion. To date, Defendant Meyer has not filed any declaration to apprise the Court of whether further responses were provided

Given that no opposition to the motion to compel further was filed, and based upon the discussion held at the IDC, the Court finds the motion moot

Moving Defendant is ordered to give notice.¿¿¿
