Defendants Home Depot USA, Inc.’s and Cal Cartage Warehousing and Transloading, LLC’s (collectively, “Defendants”) motion for a protective order precluding Plaintiff’s counsel from participating in or attending any future depositions in this action is continued to ______________ at 1:30 p.m. in this Department.  No further briefing is permitted.

            Moving Defendants are ordered to give notice.
