[TENTATIVE] ORDER TAKING MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER OFF CALENDAR

Dept. 31

1:30 p.m.

December 18, 2023

On April 28, 2023, Defendants Matilde Bello and Luis Bello (“Defendants”) filed their motion for an order compelling a further deposition and further response to their request for production of documents, nos. 5, 10-14, 16, and 21-23 from Integrated Pain Management’s person most knowledgeable of billing practices and procedures.

On October 20, 2023, the Court signed the parties’ stipulation for a protective order related to Defendants’ motion to compel further.

Since then, no party has filed anything additional relating to this motion. The Court presumes the issues are resolved and moot in light of the Informal Discovery Conference and signed protective order

Therefore, the Hearing on Motion to Compel Further Discovery Responses is taken off-calendar.

Moving parties are ordered to give notice.
