Defendants Sajjad Takallou and Maryam Ghasemi (collectively,
“Defendants”), propounded form interrogatories on Plaintiff, Angel Mermis
(“Plaintiff”), on June 1, 2022.  To date, despite an extension of time to
respond, Plaintiff has not served responses.  Defendant therefore seeks an
order compelling Plaintiff to respond, without objections, to the outstanding
discovery.
 



 



On December 16, 2022, Plaintiff’s prior counsel was relieved as
attorney of record. Plaintiff is currently a pro per litigant.



 



Defendants’ motion is unopposed and granted. 
Plaintiff is ordered to serve verified responses to form interrogatories,
without objections, within ten days.  (CCP §§ 2030.290(a), (b).)
 



 



Defendants do not seek sanctions.
