Defendants, Gelson's Markets and Viktor Benes Continental Pastries, Inc. filed this motion for summary judgment on September 28, 2022.   

 

On November 2, 2023, Plaintiff Nora Allen filed a Notice of Settlement of Entire Case providing the parties have entered into an unconditional settlement.  No party has filed anything additional relating to the motion. The Court presumes the motion is moot and not going forward in light of the Notice of Settlement of Entire Case. Therefore, the motion for summary judgment is taken off-calendar. 

 

Moving parties are ordered to give notice.
