The motions to compel initial responses are unopposed and GRANTED.

Plaintiff Michael Saab is ordered to serve verified, code compliant responses to form interrogatories, set one, special interrogatories, set one, and request for production of documents, set one, without objections, within 20 days.

Plaintiff Michael Saab is ordered to pay sanctions to Defendant Julie Whang, by and through counsel of record, in the amount of $880 within 20 days. The Court awards sanctions pursuant to Code of Civ. Proc. §§ 2030.290 (c), 2031.300(c), 2023.010; CRC 3.1348.

Moving party is to give notice of ruling.
