[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: MOTION TO IMPRESS WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LIEN AGAINST SETTLEMENT

On October 4, 2023, Lien Claimant for Apple Inc., insured by Safety National Casualty Corporation, administered by Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. filed a “Notice of Motion To Impress Workers’ Compensation Lien Against The Settlement Entered Into By The Parties.”   

 

However, only the Notice of the Motion and the Declaration of Lisa Caya were filed. The Court is unable to locate any Memorandum of Points and Authorities in support of the motion. Therefore, the motion is denied without prejudice as to the re-filing of the motion with all supporting papers.  

 

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
