Plaintiff Marco Escobar is ordered to serve verified, code compliant responses to Form Interrogatories, Set One, and Special Interrogatories, Set One, within 30 days.

Plaintiff Marco Escobar is ordered to produce all responsive documents to Requests for Production of Documents, Set One, within 30 days.

Plaintiff Marco Escobar and his attorney of record, jointly and severally, are ordered to pay sanctions to Defendant Mira Karlovac, by and through her counsel of record, in the amount of $1,384.95 within 20 days. The Court awards sanctions pursuant to Code of Civ. Proc. § 2023.030(a); CRC 3.1348(a); and Code of Civ. Proc. §§ 2030.290(c), 2031.300(c).
