[TENTATIVE] ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE FIRST AMENDED ANSWER

Dept. 31

1:30 p.m.

June 3, 2024

Defendant Purple Heart Compassion (“Defendant”) seeks leave to file a First Amended Answer (“FAA”) to Plaintiff’s complaint to correct a clerical error, in which Defendant’s name was erroneously indicated as 1000 Palms instead of Purple Heart Compassion for which defense counsel intended to file an Answer. No substantive changes will be made.

Plaintiff Murlin Swanston filed a notice of non-opposition to Defendant’s motion.

Accordingly, Defendants motion to file a FAA is GRANTED. Defendant is ordered to file a separate copy of the proposed FAA within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
