[TENTATIVE] ORDER TAKING MOTION FOR RETURN OF PROPERTY OFF-CALENDAR | ||
On October 17, 2022, plaintiff John Brosnan filed this action against defendants RHS Surani Inc. d/b/a Popsicle Studio LA, Salima Surani, and Does 1 to 10 alleging that defendants took property belonging to Plaintiff.
On August 9, 2023, the Court ordered the dismissal of the action with prejudice.
On June 11, 2024, the Court denied Plaintiff’s motion to vacate the dismissal.
This action remains dismissed. The Hearing on Motion for Order Return of Property is hereby taken off-calendar.
Moving Party is ordered to give notice.
