[TENTATIVE] ORDER DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL

Defendant DMH Aesthetics, LLC’s (“DMH”) attorney of record, Farhad Novian of Novian & Novian LLP (“Counsel”), moves to be relieved as counsel contending relief is necessary because of a breakdown in attorney-client communications.

Counsel declares he has served DMH by mail at the last known address, which Counsel confirmed within the last 30 days as current by conversation.

The motion is denied without prejudice. There is no accompanying proposed order on form MC-053 filed, nor any proof of service related to the proposed order. (California Rules Court, rule 3.1362(d),(e).)

Moving Counsel is ordered to give notice.
