The court intends to deny the petition on the ground that petitioner is currently subject to a criminal protective order and a civil harassment order and is on active formal probation/parole and has not submitted proof of compliance with 15 CCR § 3294.5 by submitting a CDCR Form 2010, Notice of Legal Name Change Petition, with a copy of all documents submitted to the court to the Warden or Regional Parole Administrator (RPA) at the time the petition was submitted to the court. Petitioner may, but need not, appear and be heard.  If petitioner does not appear, the petition will be dismissed without prejudice and petitioner may reapply after petitioner obtains approval by the probation/parole officer or completes probation/parole.
