TENTATIVE RULING

Plaintiff KMI Group, Inc.’s, unopposed motion for attorneys’ fees is continued to March 30, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.  Plaintiff’s counsel is to file a declaration containing more detailed information about the reasonableness of his hourly rate by March 20, 2023. 

Plaintiff’s unopposed motion to fix prejudgment interest is granted in the amount of $1,452,536.32 is continued to March 30, 2023.  Plaintiff’s counsel to file authorities regarding the basis to assess prejudgment interest on punitive damages award, of no more than three pages by March 20, 2023.
