1)   Plaintiff Mahnoosh Rahimia’s Motion for Order Compelling Further Responses to Special Interrogatories is taken OFF CALENDAR; and

2)   Plaintiff Mahnoosh Rahimi’s Motion for Order Compelling Further Responses to Request for Admissions is CONTINUED to October 16, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Department N15.

Plaintiff shall give notice of this ruling.
