Plaintiff Manal Ashqar and Jordan Veillieux’s motion to compel is granted.

Defendants Griffin Grimes and Rebecca Looney-Grimes failed to timely file a supplemental brief.  (See 5/20/22 order.)  As the parties asserting a work product objection, they bear the burden to substantiate that objection.

According to plaintiff’s brief, defendants’ privilege log identifies an investigator as the author of the videos and an insurance company as the recipient.  This fails to show the videos are attorney work product.

Plaintiff shall give notice.
