Cross-defendant Balboa Capital Corporation’s demurrer is taken off-calendar.  (See 8/5/22 order granting leave to amend; see also State Compensation Ins. Fund v. Superior Court (2010) 184 Cal.App.4th 1124, 1130-1131 [amended pleading supersedes old, mooting demurrer].)

Cross-complainants Paul D. Jayachandra, M.D., P.A. and Paul Jayachandra have still not separately e-filed the fourth amended cross-complaint, as ordered.  (See 8/5/22 order.)

Cross-complainants shall separately e-file the 4AXC no later than 8/17/22.

The clerk shall give notice.
