Based on the 8/12/22 hearing date, the filing deadline for an MSJ was 5/27/22.  (See Code Civ. Proc., §§ 12c, 437c, subd. (a)(2) [75 days’ notice plus 2 for electronic service]; Robinson v. Woods (2008) 168 Cal.App.4th 1258, 1268 [court cannot shorten notice absent stipulation]; see also Opp. at p. 3.)

Thus, the 6/15/22 MSJ is untimely.

Defendant’s request to continue trial to allow another MSJ is denied.

Defendant shall give notice.
