Receiver Robert C. Warren III’s motion for authority is moot as to the request for an order authorizing him to obtain $135,000.  (See 9/2/22 Callistos Resp. at p. 2; Bergazin Opp. at pp. 3-4; 9/12/22 Receiver Reply at p. 2.)

The motion will otherwise trail until the trial is completed, at which point the court will reset it for hearing approximately two or three weeks thereafter.  (See 9/12/22 Receiver Reply at p. 2.)

As a hearing on Phase 1A of the trial was recently set for 11/9/22 at 10 am, this motion is continued (for time being) to 11/9/22 at 10 am.

The receiver shall give notice.
