Judge: Nathan R. Scott, Case: Capital Win Corp. v. Park, Date: 2022-08-05 Tentative Ruling

Plaintiffs Capital Win Corporation and Vincent Lam’s two motions to compel are granted.  (See Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2025.450, 2030.290, 2031.300; see also Mallgrave decl. ¶¶ 2-9.)

Defendants Henry Park, Andrea Park, Azmac Financial, Inc., and Lending 3 Inc. shall serve complete, code-compliant, verified responses without objection to plaintiffs’ form interrogatories and plaintiff Lam’s requests for production of documents within 10 days, and produce all responsive documents within 20 days.

Defendant Andrea Park shall submit to a videotaped deposition within 35 days at Greenberg Gross LLP, 650 Town Center Drive, Suite 1700, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, commencing at 9:30 a.m.

Defendants Henry Park, Andrea Park, Azmac Financial, Inc., and Lending 3 Inc. shall pay $2500 in discovery sanctions to plaintiffs.

Defendant Andrea Park shall pay $2150 in discovery sanctions to plaintiffs.

Plaintiffs shall give notice.
