Plaintiff Daniel Cavic’s motion to amend judgment is denied.

The court denied plaintiff’s prior motion on the merits.  (See 5/13/22 order.)  As defendant notes, plaintiff has not shown grounds for reconsideration or a renewed motion.  (See Opp. at pp. 5-6; see also Code Civ. Proc., § 1008.)

Even if the court reached the merits of this second motion, defendant has shown that adding it as a judgment debtor is barred by laches, due process, and foreign sovereign immunity.  (See Opp. at pp. 6-8.)  It also remains unwarranted by the evidence.  (See id. at pp. 9-12.)

Plaintiff shall give notice.
