Defendant Anna C. Kelly’s motions to compel are denied as moot except as to sanctions.  (See Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting, Inc. v. Pacific Healthcare Consultants (2007) 148 Cal.App.4th 390, 409; see also Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1348; see also Opps. at p. 1; Replies at p. 2.)

Plaintiff Gaby Costea shall pay $1425 (5 hours at $285/hour) in discovery sanctions to defendant.  (See Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.290, subd. (c), 2031.300, subd. (c), 2033.280, subd. (c).)

Defendant shall give notice.
