Plaintiffs Jose Enriquez and Martha Enriquez’s motions to compel are denied as moot except as to sanctions.  (See Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting, Inc. v. Pacific Healthcare Consultants (2007) 148 Cal.App.4th 390, 409; Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1348.) 

Defendant Savannah McCarthy shall pay $1860 in discovery sanctions to plaintiffs, who would not have received responses without filing these motions.

Plaintiffs shall give notice.
