Judgment creditor Fairmont 100 Investors LP’s motions to compel are granted.  (See Code Civ. Proc., §§ 708.010-708.030, 2016.070, 2023.010, 2030.290, 2030.300, 2031.300, 2031.310.)

Judgment debtor Nuzuna Corporation shall serve complete, code-compliant, verified responses to Fairmont’s interrogatories and requests for production of documents without objection within 15 days and produce all responsive documents within 30 days.

Nuzuna shall pay $1979 to Fairmont.

Fairmont shall give notice.
