The court continued defendant County of Orange’s motion for sanctions from 9/30/22 to today to see whether plaintiff would comply with the 3/11/22 order compelling him to respond to discovery.

Defendant reports plaintiff has not done so.  (See Def. 10/12/22 statement.)  Plaintiff Jose Antonio Granillo has not filed any supplemental briefing.

Accordingly, the court issues an evidentiary sanction barring plaintiff from introducing at trial any evidence that would be responsive to the form interrogatories, requests for production, or request for statement of damages.

Defendant shall give notice.
