Motions to compel are continued to 6/9/23 at 10 am.

Defense counsel shall file a declaration concerning his health, attaching corroborating records (see 5/8/23 Anne decl.), no later than 5/30/23.  Plaintiff shall have leave to file and serve a response no later than 6/5/23.

At the moment, no further briefing is invited.  The court will decide at the 6/9/23 hearing whether to further continue the hearing to allow defendants to file opposition on the merits to plaintiff’s motions.

The clerk shall give notice.
