Judge: Nathan R. Scott, Case: HEJ Endeavors v. Jump, Date: 2023-06-14 Tentative Ruling

Plaintiff’s motions to compel are continued to 8/4/23 at 10 am.  (See 5/30/23 Wallach decl.)  Oppositions and replies shall be due pursuant to code.  Counsel’s poor health is good cause to continue the hearings and allow opposition on the merits.

On the court’s motion, the hearings set for 7/7/23 and 8/4/23 on other motions to compel are also re-set for 8/11/23 at 10 am.

The court does not anticipate further continuance requests, hoping counsel sufficiently recovers or associates in co-counsel to assist.

The clerk shall give notice.
